is a company registered under a special Co-operative Act. Membership
is fast approaching 4,000 serviced by an expanding branch network in New
South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. Our customers are our shareholders and by electing fellow members to the Board of Directors, they control the company. What is the Investment to Become a Member? | ||
| To become a member you purchase 100 shares
at $2 each. This is an investment of $200 and not an annual fee (there are
no fees payable). If a member wishes to resign an application is made to the Board to have the capital refunded. |

Guaranteed Discounts and Profits | Top | |
| You get a guaranteed 2.5% discount on all
purchases. All members are entitled to this discount. Just pay us in 30
days or less. You get an annual rebate on all purchases. All purchases paid within 30 days earn you a generous rebate. The more you purchase the greater the rebate amount. You get a share in the profits. Each year profits are returned to members either as dividends or rebates. Members receive part of their entitlement as a cash dividend and part as shares in the Co-operative (the more shares you accumulate, the greater the dividend). |
