Company Structure

Our Company comprises a multi-branch distribution network in NSW, Victoria and Queensland. Each State has a small administrative department to directly support the branches. Head Office is responsible for debt collection, payment of supplier invoices, computer and systems support, inventory management and marketing – to name a few functions.

The Company team is led by the Chief Executive Officer who reports directly to the Chairman of the Board and the Board of Directors. Directors are elected on a rotational basis by the Company shareholders.

Each Branch has direct and easy access to the Management team, which allows for a fast response to customer needs. Our success has been built upon the professionalism of our employees and at Branch level we are proud that we provide the best customer services in the industry.
