Plumbers' Supplies is committed to investing in the training and development of its employees. The Company's success depends on the development of employees to reach their full potential. Whilst most training is carried out on the job, there will be times when either internal or external courses are offered. These opportunities may involve re-training, or the development and improvement of existing or new skills.

Financial support can be provided to those employees who want to study for formal qualifications. These courses must be related to your current job or future career plan with the Company and approved by your Manager and the Human Resources Manager. The Training and Human Resources Manager is available for advice and assistance on any training issues.
